Bristol Womens Network goal is to empower all women by working in partnership with allies and other groups, raise awareness of campaigns which embody Bristol Womens Network core beliefs of Equality, Empowerment and equal participation for all Women.

- All Women and girls lead, participate in and benefit equally when living working and socializing in Bristol.
- All Women and girls in Bristol have income security, Social Mobility, freedom to choose what work they do and economic autonomy
- All women and girls live a life free from all forms of violence, stigma and harassment.
- Women and girls contribute to and have greater influence in building sustainable and resilience future.
